The Boise City Scrip Program is subsidized by the City of Boise and managed by Senior Solutions. A scrip coupon is used like cash with local taxi cab companies. To be eligible for Boise City scrip, an individual must have a valid scrip I.D. card. To qualify for an I.D. card, a person must be 15 years of age or older, live within the Boise City limits, and have a permanent disability to such a degree that inhibits his/her ability to drive a vehicle.
