EFI in Idaho Falls Introduces
New Fund Raising Event –
Duel at the Dunes
The new event for the Idaho Falls EFI office, Duel at the
Dunes, will be held August 25, 2007, at Sandy Downs in Idaho
Falls. This “Duel” is a cooking and bar competition designed to
crown the “Best Chef” and “Best Bartender” in southeastern Idaho.
The event will host five chefs’ teams, each of which will create
three to five dishes. The public will vote to determine the winning
dish. Event attendees will also choose a favorite drink from all the
entries created by the competing bartenders.
This will be a first for southeastern Idaho. It will be a unique
experience for the chefs, bartenders, and everyone who comes to
taste. Join us for what will surely be a great all day event. Watch
these culinary contenders compete for the chance to be the “Best”.
