Input Regarding Services

We at the Epilepsy Foundation of Idaho would like to have input regarding services that individuals with epilepsy receive throughout our state. Specifically, we would like to know if individuals who are receiving Medicaid are having difficulty finding appropriate medical care and medication. If you could call our office in your area and give this information to our staff we believe it will help us to serve you better. This information can be given by any individual with epilepsy, family member, friend, service provider or any interested party.

• Are you able to find a neurologist that will accept you as a patient?
• Do you require name brand medication and can only obtain generic medication?
• Do you require Diastat and are unable to receive the amount prescribed by the physician?
