You Are Not Alone!
The Epilepsy Foundation of Idaho is poised to
offer a six-week program just for you, a parent of a
teen with a primary diagnosis of epilepsy!
The You Are Not Alone: Parenting Your Teen with
Epilepsy program is designed to:
- Provide Information
- Support
- Guide
- Assist
Learn new strategies to help your teen take better
care of himself or herself, communicate more
effectively, feel more confident in letting go, and
maintain an ongoing support network.
Here's an opportunity to participate in this national
pilot program sponsored by the Centers for Disease
Control. Help shape the final product before its
release nationwide.
Who: Parents of teens with epilepsy
When: 1st Session - Wednesday, Oct.
19th, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
