Videos are available for loan anywhere within the State of Idaho for up to two weeks. In accord with our fee-for-service policy, there is a $3 rental charge for each video. No fee is charged to EFI members or those individuals or families dealing with a new diagnosis of epilepsy. No one is denied access to any EFI service or information due to an inability to pay.

Its aim is to inform parents about their basic rights in school planning when that child also has learning disabilities or when school achievement is below expectations. The goal is to motivate and encourage parents to become active participants in the planning process. The tape is not designed to take the place of more detailed information about IEP planning and the many twists and turns through laws and entitlements that may be involved in getting an individual child the help he or she needs. SEIZURE FIRST AID |
Seizure First Aid is an excellent resource for use in providing both general epilepsy information as well as vitally important first aid for the most commonly encountered seizure types. Real seizures, as well as re-enactments, are used to demonstrate appropriate step-by-step first aid procedures for Complex Partial and Generalized Tonic-Clonic (Grand mal) seizures. Several special situations are also addressed including proper first aid for fever-induced seizures (in infants) and appropriate first aid for status epilepticus.
