The 7th Annual D.L. Evans Bank Golf Tournament will be held this year at Shadow Valley on Wednesday, June 18.
Download the PDF brochure with all the details including information about hole sponsorships. Entry fees are $125 for a single golfer; $500 for a foursome; or $700 for a foursome plus hole sponsorship.
Tee Sponsorships are available for $300 or a shared tee for $175.
Please consider sponsoring a hole along with forming (or recruiting) a foursome and help the programs of the Epilepsy Foundation.
In June, 2007 D.L.Evans Bank hosted the sixth annual golf tournament benefiting the Epilepsy Foundation of Idaho. Proceeds support services to people with epilepsy/seizure disorders throughout the state of Idaho.
The winning foursome takes home the D.L. Evans Traveling Cup. Each year, the names of the winning team will be engraved on the Cup which is theirs until the following year’s tournament.

The Epilepsy Foundation of Idaho, established in 1971, is a statewide non-profit agency committed to the prevention and control of epilepsy and to helping people with epilepsy and their families overcome the problems associated with this disorder. The Foundation provides services to the entire state of Idaho.
