In order to provide services to Idahoans with epilepsy, EFI relies on public generosity. The following are ways in which you can help:

Membership - Join EFI by returning this form along with your check.
Memorial - You can make a donation to EFI in memory or in honor of a family member or friend.
Pledge Fund - You can arrange to have a specific amount donated automatically to EFI through your VISA or MasterCard.
Payroll Deduction Program - Through your employer, you can participate in programs that include United Way, State Employees Campaign or the Combined Federal Campaign by designating the Epilepsy Foundation of Idaho.
Wills/Trusts/Bequests - Remember EFI in your will by transference of personal property such as cash, securities or other tangible properties.
Endowment Fund - You can establish a fund which generates interest which is available for use by EFI. Consult your attorney, accountant or tax advisor how to best handle your particular wishes.
